Why NIA?
Mission with Meaning
We partner with schools across over 60 districts in northwestern Illinois to serve students with unique needs. Your expertise could make a world of difference in their lives!
Plenty of Options
With so many districts to work with, you have the flexibility to choose where you want to work and live—whether it’s a charming small town or a bustling community!
Benefits that Rock
We’re a regional governmental agency, so our money goes straight to you and your benefits—no profits here, just a whole lot of perks!
Work-Life Balance
Tired of the grind? We work in schools, which means many of our team members get to kick back and relax during the summer. Yep, summers off!
Growth Opportunities
Looking to climb the career ladder? We’ve got opportunities for you to grow into leadership roles, too!
No Non-Compete Clauses
We believe in attracting teammates with our positive culture, not trapping them with non-compete clauses. So, rest assured—no non-compete here, ever.
A Team You’ll Love
At NIA, we’re not just coworkers—we’re a community. We support each other, we innovate together, and we have fun while doing it!
