Teammates are our most valuable resource. Keeping staff engaged leads to staff retention, increased productivity and increased customer service. We have been measuring employee engagement since the fall of 2016 and continuously creating action plans to improve the ways we support our teammates.
Customer Service
In order to know if we are meeting the needs of our community, we listen to our customers. Since 2016, we have surveyed our partner districts in the areas of accessibility, accuracy, attitude, operations and timeliness. We are committed to service excellence and aim to meet or exceed customer expectations.
